Strength

When life doesn't seem to be on your side,

And like a baby you try to run and hide,

When your heart no longer seems to be in one piece,

And from the pain you long for release,

When all your blue skies have turned  to gray,

Remember these helping words I have to say.

Tomorrow the sun shall rise again,

And a gift from Heaven above God shall send to you,

The gift of strength and the gift of hope,

And with this all your problems will cope.

But these words alone won't make the pain go away,

If you want to win the game you yourself start,

Because you must believe that you'll be victorious after the fight is fought

So hold up your head high,

Remember your limit's the sky,

Although there will be many people to knock you down.

Pick yourself up and put a smile on your face not a frown.

Remember that you are  very special indeed.

To become a beautiful flower you first need the seed,

You are the seed of many beautiful flowers to come,

And in this world you are the only one.

So if pain and sorrow are at your side

Fight it with courage, don't run and hide.

Khi đời chẳng thuận cùng ta

Ta như con trẻ sợ và trốn đi

Khi tim vỡ bởi sầu bi

Ta mong trút bỏ chút gì khổ đau

Khi trời xanh trở xám màu

Bạn ơi hãy nhớ mấy câu khuyên này

Nắng lên tươi sáng ngày mai

Sẽ có ơn phước gởi ngay từ trời

Sức mạnh, hy vọng đón mời

Bao nhiêu trở ngại để rồi sẽ qua

Nhưng đau chưa thể xóa nhòa

Nếu ta không tự mình mà đấu tranh

Chiến thắng nếu bạn muốn giành

Thì phải hãnh tiến ngẫng đầu lên cao

Dù ai xô bạn té nhào

Cũng cười đứng dậy, cáu nào ích chi

Bạn người đặc biệt ai bì

Là loài hoa quý dễ gì có đâu

Nếu gặp phải những buồn đau

Can đảm, đừng trốn là câu khuyên này!
